MEN'S GOLF: The Aggies were in eighth place after the second day of the 47th annual Western Athletic Conference Golf Championships on Tuesday. USU was tied for seventh after shooting a 23-over par 311 on Monday and followed that up with a 28-over 316 on Tuesday.

New Mexico State continues to lead the tournament with a 12-over 588, while Boise State is in second with a 15-over 591.

Leading the way for USU is junior Devin Daniels (Hyde Park) who is currently in 15th-place with an eight-over 152 after shooting a six-over 78 on Tuesday. Daniels finished second at the 2007 WAC Championships at seven-under. Other top scores for the Aggies were Jeremy Pack (Salt Lake City) and Tyler Labrum (Roosevelt), who are tied for 29th with 15-over 159s.
