Gunlock — Hurricane

Gunlock Reservoir is in red-rock country, where year-round boating, water sports and quality fishing for bass and catfish attract visitors.

Huntington — Huntington

Cinnamon-colored buttes provide a backdrop for this warm-water reservoir offering waterskiing, fishing and crawdad catching.

Hyrum — Hyrum

Offers many recreation opportunities, including fishing, boating and camping.

Jordanelle — Heber City

Offers an array of recreation opportunities, including camping, boating, swimming, fishing and hiking. The park offers two recreation areas, a concession service and marina with boat rentals.

Kodachrome Basin — Cannonville

Geologists believe it was once similar to Yellowstone National Park with hot springs and geysers, which eventually filled up with sediment and solidified, leaving large sand pipes, massive sandstone chimneys and numerous rocks, and coves offer solitude.

Millsite — Huntington

Boating, fishing and nearby are golfing and off-highway and mountain biking trails.

Otter Creek — Antimony

Popular destination for all-terrain vehicle riders, boaters, fishermen and birders.

Palisade — Sterling

Play 18 holes of golf, then paddle or troll on the reservoir and gain access to off-highway riding in nearby Six-Mile Canyon.

Piute — Antimony

This is a primitive park resting on cliffs of the Sevier Plateau. The reservoir attracts anglers who enjoy trophy fishing for rainbow, cutthroat and brown trout.

Quail Creek — Hurricane

Boasting some of the warmest waters in the state and a mild winter climate, the reservoir lures boaters and anglers year-round.

Red Fleet — Vernal

Hike to 200-million-year-old dinosaur tracks, boat and fish on the reservoir, then camp or picnic in a campground overlooking a sandstone and desert landscape.

Rockport — Peoa

Year-round recreation opportunities. In the summer, fish, boat and water ski. Tent or RV camping available in one of five developed and primitive campgrounds.
