WEST VALLEY CITY — The Utah Grizzlies will try again tonight at 7 in the E Center to find their first-ever home Kelly Cup playoff victory.

In three years as an ECHL team, the Grizzlies have been in two playoff series and have won two playoff games, both at Fresno earlier this week. On Wednesday night in the E Center, they were shut out 3-0 by the Falcons.

"We don't read into that at all, if we're home or away," said team captain Travis Rycroft. "This whole cliche of a home-ice advantage is thrown out the window. You've got to play hard whether you're on the road or (at home).

"We're OK," he added. "We've got good spirits. We're still leading the series 2-1. We've got to think about that, too."

Game 5 will be in the E Center Saturday at 7 p.m., with Games 6 and 7, if needed, in Fresno at 8 p.m. MDT.

The Grizzlies hope to regain the services of forward Ryan Kinasewich, their scoring co-leader in the regular season. He suffered a lower body injury in practice last Saturday and has not played in any of the postseason games.

The last time the Grizzlies were shut out was March 21 at Victoria. The shutout ended an eight-game scoring streak for forward Rob Sirianni.

The line of Keith Johnson, Tyler Haskins and Justin Bourne — all three recently returned to the Grizzlies from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, who are out of the AHL playoffs — got off 15 of the Grizzlies' 37 shots on goal Wednesday without scoring. Johnson took six shots and Haskins five.

Utah's power play, which had led the ECHL postseason at 6-for-16 through the first two games — 6-1 and 4-3 triple-overtime Utah wins — fell to 6-for-22 with Wednesday's blanking.
