Local artist finalist

Local Salt Lake City artist Justin Taylor was selected as a finalist in the Portrait Society of America's annual portrait competition. Out of 1,200 entries, 20 were chosen to show as finalists at the conference, which was held last week in Philadelphia. Taylor's entry piece was "What to Make of It" (oil on canvas, 24 by 24 inches).
