Personal life irrelevant

The information that was exposed by a private investigator about Salt Lake County District Attorney Lohra Miller's personal life is irrelevant and is none of our business. Underage "animal house" type drinking parties are unacceptable and illegal, especially in Utah, but unless this somehow interferes with the way she performs her job, it is irrelevant. An investigation that was conducted by the Utah Attorney General's Office found no evidence of illegal conduct and no criminal charges have been filed against Miller or her husband. Miller's privacy should have been respected by the public unless these events took place in a public place or charges were filed.

The only pieces of evidence to support these complaints are the pictures and research that was performed by the private investigator, Todd Gabler, who doesn't have a business license of his own and one of her neighbors who admitted to taping Miller through her window. Isn't that a crime also?

I think we, the people of Salt Lake County, need more evidence than that and better sources than that before we start a witch hunt.
