BOUNTIFUL — The Tolman Community Council from Tolman Elementary School, 300 E. 1200 North, is partnering with the Davis County Real Estate Agents Association on a literacy activity and fundraiser at 12:30 p.m. April 23.

"Second Annual Read With a Realtor Day" is aimed at involving business professionals within the community in reading activities and highlighting the importance of literacy.

Realtors and realty affiliates from Davis County will participate in reading sessions with kids from Tolman Elementary. The activity includes a fund-raising drive with proceeds specifically targeted for literacy materials and technology tools for the school. Numerous offices and agents have committed volunteers and funds for the event.
