Costa Vida, a Baja-inspired, fast, casual restaurant chain, is celebrating the opening of its 25th location at 501 W. 2600 South, Bountiful. On Saturday, the first 50 customers coming into any store after the 11 a.m. opening will receive a free T-shirt, and if they wear the T-shirts while visiting Costa Vida during February, they will receive a 25 percent discount for their entire group.
"Reaching our 25th restaurant so quickly is a testament to the passion we have for our great food," said Costa Vida executive chef David Prows. "We use natural ingredients to bring out the intense flavors of our food. All of our food, such as famous sweet pork, fresh salsas and spicy ranch dressing, are made onsite daily."
