84 Lumber sets grand opening of West Jordan store, plant

84 Lumber Co. will have a grand opening of the company's West Jordan store and component manufacturing plant on Nov. 27.

The store, 6404 S. Airport Rd., includes a 3,000-square-foot showroom, 2,700 square feet of office space, 36,000 square feet of storage facility and 24,000 square feet of exterior storage sheds on the 9.5-acre property.

The store employs 16 associates.

The component manufacturing facility, at 6428 S. Airport Rd., includes 5,000 square feet of office space, a 24,000-square-foot factory and 24,000 square feet of exterior storage sheds. The plant, which will produce trusses and panels, employs 19 associates.

The company has 425 locations nationwide.
