'Step It Up 2' focus is on environment

Residents are invited to join Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson at the City-County Building Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for food and fun during "Step It Up 2," an event focused on encouraging local officials to pledge their concern for the environment.

It will include a free pancake breakfast, music by the School of Rock, a youth poetry slam and a host of speakers and booths to provide information and fun.
