A First Industrial Realty Trust entity has purchased 154 acres at Sortech West Park, just north of the Union Pacific intermodal hub, from JLS Properties LLC, according to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate.

Financial terms were not disclosed. NAI said plans call for development of a new industrial park. The first phase will include a 460,000-square-foot speculative distribution facility, and three other buildings will be constructed within the next 18 months.
