FAA should start double hubs

With the current snags, delays and congestion of major airports, it is time for the Federal Aviation Administration to require a system of double hubs in major cities. I believe that cities such as Denver should utilize secondary airports such as the old Stapleton Airport. An expanded airport at Provo could serve as backup for planes landing at Salt Lake. This setup would prove invaluable in cases of inclement weather as well as emergencies. Right now, it is a set of dominoes. When a snag occurs at one hub, it causes misery at other locales. The time has come for "double hubs."

If it is snowing in Salt Lake, then it is probably snowing in Provo.
