• Enhance the Alumni Association: The current program is understaffed and contains no student element. Wyatt said the staying connected with graduates is important for fund-raising potential, future recruitment possibilities and in order to spread the influence of Snow College. He plans to include a student leadership aspect to help coordinate activities and other efforts.

• Grow enrollment at Snow College: Enhance scholarship potential to give more students an opportunity to obtain an education at Snow.

• Develop more partnerships with four-year institutions in the state: An existing partnership with Utah State University offers students a chance to continue to pursue a four-year degree while in Ephraim. There's also talk of Southern Utah University offering a continued scholarship program to Snow graduates who want to complete a four-year degree at SUU. Those students would also be guaranteed admittance to the Cedar City school.

• Promote Snow College as "the best" two-year comprehensive community college.
