In other action Friday, the state board adjusted a previously approved incentive for the Barnes Aerospace Division of the Barnes Group Inc. The company will create fewer jobs than originally planned but still will add 474 full-time jobs in Weber County and retain 145 existing jobs in Ogden.

The new incentive is a $2 million tax rebate over 15 years. Business Depot Ogden and the city of Ogden have offered $1.6 million in incentives.

The new jobs are expected to pay 43 percent above the Weber County median. The company produces assemblies and products for aircraft engines, airframe and industrial gas turbines.

The board also approved three film production incentives:

• "$253,833 for Braveart Films LLC for the movie "Project Braveart." Forty-six percent of its $3.6 million budget is expected to be spent in Utah.

• $150,000 for Silverstein/Barder Co. Inc. About 57 percent of the total budget of $1.7 for "Cusp" will be spent in Utah.

• $150,000 for The Movie Co. Inc., which expects about 48 percent of the $2 million budget for "The Oreska Band" to be spent in Utah.
