Rampton's words partisan

Former Gov. Calvin Rampton accomplished a lot. But the thing I remember most vividly are the words he uttered during an interview just a short time ago when he said he "despised" Dick Cheney, the vice president of the United States.

And people say that he didn't like the bitter partisan politics of today.
