People on the move

Tiffany Cromey and Scott Greenberg have been promoted at engineering testing and consulting engineering firm PSI, and Lindsay Harvey has joined the company. Cromey has been promoted to staff engineer at the Salt Lake City operations office of the firm. Cromey, whose education background includes a degree from the University of Utah, has been with PSI since October 2005. Greenberg has been promoted to geotechnical and environmental services department manager in the Salt Lake City operations office. He has been with the company since April 2002 and his background includes a degree from Brigham Young University. Harvey is a new project environmental specialist at the Salt Lake operations office.

Matthew J. Hawkins has been named chief operating officer at SirsiDynix. Hawkins will be responsible for the company's Client Care, Implementation and Consulting & Education organizations. Hawkins will work primarily from the SirsiDynix office in Provo. His background includes a degree from Brigham Young University and most recently he was vice president and general manager of a Utah-based provider of health-care software, equipment and value-added services.

Edward Ford of Alpine has been named a trustee of the Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement. The forum was founded at the department of integrated marketing communications in the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and studies the interdisciplinary elements of people performance management, measures their impact on organizational success and creates a curriculum based on research findings for academic and professional use. Ford has more than 25 years of experience in the recognition industry. His education background includes a degree from Brigham Young University.
