• Michelle LeBaron has has been named senior sales manager at Snowbird Resort and Conference Center. LeBaron has more than 21 years of experience in the hotel sales and convention services industry. For the past 12 years, she was a convention sales director for the Salt Lake Convention and Visitors Bureau.
• Tanji Goodfellow has joined Lifetree Clinical Research in Salt Lake City as executive director of quality assurance. Goodfellow will be responsible for evaluating and directing quality controls and procedures and developing, implementing and managing quality assurance standards, processes and policies. Goodfellow has more than 23 years of experience in the clinical research industry, mostly recently as director of clinical operations for a pharmaceuticals company.
• Matt Hafner has been named vice president of ground operations for Southwest Airlines, where he will be responsible for overseeing all station operations in the western region of the United States, ground operations employee resources and ground support. Hafner joined Southwest in 1988 and has served in a variety of positions, including opening Southwest's Salt Lake City station as the manager of ramp and operations in 1994.
