• Young Chevrolet, based in Layton, has announced three management changes. Spencer P. Young Jr. is now general sales manager. He has 10 years of automotive sales and management experience, having previously been preowned vehicles sales manager. Trent Jaques is now preowned sales manager. He has 22 years of automotive experience and has been with Young Chevrolet for 10 years. Andrew "AJ" Jackson is assistant preowned sales manager. Jackson, who has a degree from Weber State University, has been with the company for four years.

Thomas Nehren has been hired as account planner at Salt Lake-based Richter7. Prior to joining the agency, Nehren worked as a marketing manager at another company. He will initiate brand development for all Richter7 clients.

Trevor Hunsaker has been hired as senior estimator, and Ashley Briggs has been named marketing assistant at Big-D Construction Corp. Hunsaker has worked with several commercial construction companies in the area for nine years. He has a degree from Brigham Young University. Briggs will assist with marketing and business development efforts, as well as manage public relations. She has a degree from the University of Utah and has done freelance writing for a local newspaper.

• Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that the DreamQuest real estate team has joined its Jordan Commons office. The team consists of Carol Pease, Holly Bassett, Jill Burrows, Karen Holt, Linda Harwood and Lizzie Pease. The DreamQuest team also represents DreamQuest Builders, which is currently building new homes in Salt Lake and northern Utah County.

Nate Ballard has been named general manager of Wadsworth Development Group, based in Draper. He has served as a project manager for the company since its inception in 2003. The company specializes in acquiring, entitling, constructing, managing, leasing, buying and selling commercial real estate.

Russell Sheffield has been hired as a project manager for Salt Lake-based Cameron Construction. Sheffield has 23 years of experience in the construction industry and recently worked as a project manager for another company. He is experienced in commercial construction and telecommunications.
