The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus is looking for the funniest kids in Utah.

The 20th-annual "Funniest Kid Search" will be conducted today, Sunday and Monday at the Utah State Fair. The competition will be held noon-5 p.m. on the north side of the carnival midway.

Daisy, a circus clown and goodwill ambassador, will help judge the contest. Youngsters can tell a joke, pull a face or sing a funny song. Each child participating will receive a free pass to see the circus, Sept. 26-30, in the EnergySolutions Arena. All auditioners will also receive a free Ringling Bros. clown nose.

The 15 finalists will each receive four tickets to the circus and will be invited back to compete in the final judging on Monday at 7 p.m. The top winner will receive a VIP family four-pack Ringling Bros. "goody bag," have the opportunity to ride in the annual circus parade and be a guest clown in "the greatest show on earth."
