State, Sandy specify terms for Real S.L.
- Acquire 29 acres of land, sell it to Sandy, then lease it back from the city.
- Construct 1,000 on-site parking stalls, and add 1,000 more stalls within two years.
- Build a 20,000-seat, $110 million soccer stadium.
- Stay in the state for 25 years or pay back bonds.
- Reconstruct portions of the street and storm lines around the site.
- Help pay for the construction of a trail on the east side of the stadium.
- Market Sandy and Utah in promotional and advertising materials.
- Give Sandy the right to consider and approve naming rights on the stadium.
- Let Sandy use the stadium free, four times a year.
- Provide Sandy a 12-person suite for every event, free of charge.
- Donate 500 tickets per game to charity, giving preference to organizations in Sandy.
- Make players and coaches available, free of charge, for community events and appearances to promote soccer.
- Build a soccer academy in Utah and make "best efforts" to locate it in Sandy.
- Maintain company headquarters in Salt Lake County, with preference given to Sandy.
