The Salt Lake County jail booked an average of 93 inmates daily in May, but released 94

The county jail has 1,850 beds (not including people in booking, or people out on electronic ankle bracelet type of monitoring)

In May, the county jail averaged 1,945 inmates (including inmates in booking and out on electronic monitoring)
