JIM SUMPTER SHOW UPDATE — The newly redesigned Jim Sumpter radio show's Web site at www.jimsumptershow.com now includes podcasts, video streaming, audio streaming, a video tour of the studios in downtown Salt Lake City, as well as many other features.

This show just signed its newest affiliate, bringing its total to 36 stations in 22 states. While the show still doesn't have a home in Salt Lake City, it is heard in Boston, Cleveland, Dallas and Ventura/Los Angeles, as well as many other large markets across the country. Nationally syndicated by the USA Radio Network, the show airs locally on weekdays, 2-5 p.m.

GENERAL CONFERENCE — At least four northern Utah radio stations will air the four daytime sessions of LDS General Conference live this weekend — KSL (AM-1160/FM-102.7, KBYU (FM-89.1) KSRR (AM 1400) and KQMB (FM-96.7).

KBYU (FM-89.1) is inviting listeners for the 27th year to vote on their top five favorite classical-music pieces. These choices are tallied and compiled into a top 40 list, then aired in May.

The public is invited to vote on their top five favorite masterworks beginning April 2 by going online to www.classical89.org. Entries must be received by Tuesday, April 24, at 5 p.m.
