Waterford picks up tough victory at St. Joseph

Three-goal win belies how close game really was

PLEASANT GROVE 1, BINGHAM 1 (2OT): Bingham and Pleasant Grove battled to a tie in the cold weather. Dylan Dinehart scored the goal for the Vikings and Eric Severson put one in for the Miners.

PROVO 2, SPANISH FORK 0: Chris Dinehart scored two second-half goals, assisted both times by Roland Christensen, to give Provo the win. Ryon Ellington was the shutout goalie for the Bulldogs.

BRIGHTON 2, MOUNTAIN VIEW 1: Jared Wright and Taylor Peay provided the scoring for the Bengals, while Mike Moreno provided the lone score for the Bruins.
