With an ice cream scoop, scoop out whipped potatoes. Prepare gravy as directed on package. Pour gravy over potatoes to look like caramel or butterscotch topping. Put a grape or cherry tomato on top. Place on table where dessert would usually go.

Refreshing Lemonade Quencher

1 large Jell-O (pineapple or lemon)

1 cup club soda

1 yellow fruit juice (optional)

2 cups hot water

lemon slices (optional)

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, stir. Pour cup of fruit juice in, stir to mix. Place in refrigerator and allow to set up for about an hour. Removed thickened Jell-O. Slowly pour in a cup of soda and stir to distribute. Pour into cups. Place lemon slices on cup edges. Place in a straw for added effect. Put on the table where the drink would usually go.

Moldy Rolls

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3 packages quick-rising yeast

1/2 warm water

2 eggs

4 1/2 cup flour

Story continues below
In a separate bowl, add the yeast to the warm water, set aside. Warm milk to almost a boil, add in the shortening, stir to melt. Add the salt, sugar and eggs. Mix with hand mixer. Add 2 cups of flour. Mix again and add the warm water/yeast mixture. Gradually stir in 2 more cups of flour. Place on evenly floured board and knead to soft yet pliable dough. Add more flour if dough is not firm enough. Place back in bowl and allow to rise to double.

When rise is finished, punch down and shape into desired shapes. For moldy effect, place some small amount of green food coloring in some spots where mold might grow. Set aside to rise again. When rolls are double, bake in 350-degree oven, bake until golden brown.

Sweeeet Green Beans

10 Airheads watermelon taffy

Soften candy in the microwave for 1-2 seconds while still in package. Flour your hands with a bit of powdered sugar. Unwrap candy and stretch a little. Roll really small in a snake tube, stretching a little as you go. Cut into two parts. In your fingertips, roll the ends to a point. Place on the plate in 5-6 pieces per plate to resemble a green bean helping.

Sweet Spaghetti and Meatballs

cupcakes or shortcakes

vanilla frosting

strawberry jam

chocolate Rice Krispie squares

white chocolate — shredded

Drizzle vanilla in ropes onto cupcake or shortcake. Top with a dollop of jam. Roll Rice Krispies into balls. Sprinkle white chocolate atop (to look like Parmesan cheese.)
