Haley Holmstead 5-foot-8 So. guard/forward, American Fork: This girl has game. She can take things over by driving to the hoop, but she also knows how to drain the long ball. She can handle the ball with both hands, and she knows how to throw a defense off. She averaged 15.3 points per game last season with 32 treys added in for good measure.
Jessica Saliby 5-foot-10, Sr., forward, Orem: She's a monster on the boards, master of the rebound put back. Saliby averaged 11.56 points to lead the most balanced team in the valley both in scoring and rebounding, and she did it all in pain, coming back from a broken leg.
The Reserves
Amy Weitzeil 6-foot-2, Jr., forward/center, Timpanogos: Weitzeil is a strong rebounder who was one of the Timpanogos' twin towers and will be counted on as the No. 1 player on her team next season. She averaged 11.18 points per game.
Kristy Giles 6-foot-1, Sr., forward/center, Pleasant Grove: Giles is the kind of player that can take over both in the paint and on the perimeter. She led the Vikings down low all season with her 11.73 points per game average.
Aimee Dorais 5-foot-5, Sr., guard, Pleasant Grove: Dorais improved her game and turned into a true playmaker at the point. She drained 29 3-pointers during the season in addition to her 0.73 points per game average.
Amanda Farish 6-foot, Jr., forward, Lone Peak: She's the preordained leader on the valley's scariest team next season. She not only put in 10.09 points per game but took over down low and could take it outside to open up defenses.
