Houle, with his 24-year coaching tenure and multiple state titles, is now with the administration at the ALA, although he testified Monday he's on paid administrative leave.

Houle testified he never coached Harvey on the court at Mountain View and had to be reminded of who Baxter was. He also adamantly denied ever recruiting.

However, Houle's involvement in the administration at ALA raises some eyebrows with the UHSAA.

"You go in to practice?" asked UHSAA attorney Mark Van Wagoner.

"Yeah," Houle responded.

"Will you coach (the girls)?"

"If they want," Houle said.

The ALA was also recently disciplined for playing ineligible football players. The players hadn't completed the transfer processes, and as punishment, the school had to forfeit its very first football game to Carbon High.
