• Pumpkinland at Vineyard Garden Center through Oct. 31, Monday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., 435 S. Geneva Road, Orem. Cost: $3. Includes corn maze, animals, bounce houses, a pumpkin patch trail, two play areas and a light alley.

• American Fork Chamber of Commerce Halloween 5K Fun Run/Walk, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. at the American Fork Fitness Center. Register at 5:30 p.m. Costume judging at 6:30 p.m. Cost: $20 before Oct. 15.
