Size: 93,000 square feet for fabrication operations; 74,000 square feet for slicing operations; 50,000 square feet cold storage and warehouse in an alliance with Millard Refrigerated Services

Operations: Food processing

Expected production: About 50 million pounds of meat in the first year; more than 150 million pounds at full capacity

Employment: 200 to 250 initially and about 500 in one to three years

Average salary: $29,900

Time frame: Production expected to begin in July or August 2007
