Location: Brigham City, next to a 340-employee Vulcraft joist plant and connected to a 30-worker cold-finish operation

Investment: $27 million

Operations: Annual production of about 45,000 tons of metal building systems and components used in the construction industry

Employment: More than 200

Average salary: Twice the Box Elder County median, probably around $50,000

Timing: Operations expected to begin in the 2008 first quarter
