• Marketing-effort partners: Salt Lake City International Airport, which will contribute $250,000, and the Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau, which will provide $150,000.
• Contingency: If the flights never become reality, the $250,000 reverts to the Utah Office of Tourism.
