Pastries, ice cream, quick snacks, bulk candy and Kentucky Fried Chicken are available from 7-9 p.m. at the Cougareat. Other food court choices are Taco Bell, the Score Board Grill (breakfast and burgers), Tomasitto's Italian Cafe, Subway, Freschetta pizza, Teriyaki Stix and L&T salad and soup. The Skyroom serves lunch from noon-1:30 p.m.

The Museum of Art menu includes specialty sandwiches, soups, salads, drinks and desserts weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the Legends Grille in the Student Athlete Building (Thursday hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.). Legends offers specialty salads, pizzas, grilled steaks, salmon and sandwiches.

Those interested in nearby off-campus eating can select from fast food restaurants at the base of the BYU hill on Bulldog Avenue and the Brick Oven.

A small building on the southeast side of campus features a hot dog stand that serves huge regular and Polish dogs with a secret sauce. Called J Dawgs, the owner sold his favorite guitar to get into business. Dawgs only serves dogs and drinks, but it's a favorite. The owner was 2005 BYU Entrepreneur of the Year.
