3 Utah regions to get funds for economic development

The U.S. Commerce Department's Economic Development Administration on Friday announced $153,000 for Utah economic development planning efforts.

The investments include $51,000 each to the Five County Association of Governments of St. George, the Six County Economic Development District of Richfield, and the Southeastern Utah Economic Development District of Price to continue comprehensive economic development planning programs.
