Red Butte Garden (300 S. Wakara Way, 581-4747) — Chris Coleman sculpture and landscape art show through March 26.

Sagebrush Gallery (602 E. 500 South, Trolley Square, 531-0300) — Paintings by Chris Miles through March 15.

Saltgrass Printmakers Gallery (2126 S. 1000 East, 467-1080) — "Secondo Piatto — Saltgrass Second Annual Fundraiser Print Exchange Show," featuring prints by 22 artists, including Joey Behrens, Sandy Brunvand, Justin Diggle, Stefanie Dykes, Lenka Konopasek, Robert Kleinschmidt, Sam Wilson, Koichi Yamamoto and more, through March.

Salt Lake Art Center* (20 S. West Temple) — Street Level Gallery: "Sophie Matisse: Be Back in 5 Minutes and Zebra Stripe Paintings" through May 6. Main Gallery: "Robert Motherwell — Te Quiero," featuring paintings and drawings from 1950's through the '80s by Motherwell (1915-91), the youngest and most prolific member of the New York school of Abstract Expressionism. Also "Deference to Deffebach," featuring Deffebach's (1928-2005) large abstract paintings. Both exhibits run through May 31.

Utah Artist Hands Gallery* (61 W. 100 South, 355-0206) — Art by Szugye through April 14. Also photography by Willie Holdman.

Utah Hogle Zoo (2600 E. Sunnyside Ave., 582-1631) — "13th Annual World of the Wild Art Show," featuring art in all mediums by Utah artists, through April 2.

Utah Museum of Fine Art* (University of Utah, South Campus Drive, 581-7332) — "Intimacy without Restraint: the Gesture Paintings of Hyunmee Lee" through July 9. Also "Curing," featuring a conceptual installation by Brian Snapp, through March 26. Also "Revisiting Utah's Past," featuring paintings, sculpture, photographs, books and journals that offer perspectives on the region, through July 23. Also "Her Spirit Is Stranger Than the Angels: Frida Kahlo Through the Lens of Nickolas Muray," featuring 24 photographs of Kahlo by Muray, through May 14. Also "The Art of the West: Reinterpreting Western Images," featuring art from the museum's collection and works on loan from local collectors. Also "Africa: The Arts of a Continent," featuring works from the permanent collection of the UMFA. Also artwork from the museum's permanent collection continually on display.

Utah Museum of Natural History (1390 E. Presidents Circle, University of Utah) — "Human Nature: Insights from the Natural World," featuring 29 paintings by Arlene Braithwaite, through April 26.
