HORNE Fine Art* (142 E. 800 South, 533-4200) — "Blooms," featuring floral and garden paintings by Traci O'Very Covey, Barbara Edwards, Karen Horne, Phyllis F. Horne, Wilson J. Ong, Mathew Stuver and others. Also "Wall of Wassmers: Celebrating Ted's 96th Birthday," featuring more than 40 works of art by Ted Wassmer. Both exhibits run through March 31.

Lamb's Cafe (169 S. Main) — Fine art photography by Art Lee through March.

Leigh-North Gallery (136 S. Main, Suite 202, Kearns Building, 968-9570) — Quality 19th and 20th century American art, including work by Albert Bierstadt, Samuel Colman, Lila Cabot Perry, Florence Ware and more.

Local Colors Artworks* (570 S. 700 East, second floor at Trolley Square, next to Rocky Mountain Chocolate) — Photography by John Aldrich, paintings by Kate Birch and porcelain and stoneware by Kevin Parson through March 15.

Magpie's Nest Gallery* (39 I St., 363-7764) — Utah Watercolor Society Annual Miniature Show. Also abstract paintings by gallery regulars.

Main Street Gallery* (299 S. Main, 535-4660) — Art by Kent Wallis, Scott Wallis and Eric Wallis. Also art by Sandra Rast and Court Naumann. Exhibit ongoing.

modern8 gallery (561 W. 200 South, 355-6309) — "Holocaust Portfolio," featuring art by Martin Mendelsberg. Also letterpress prints by Peder Singleton. Both exhibits through April 21. Other artists on display: Patrick Wilkey, Paul Smith and Randall Smith.

Museum of Utah Art & History (125 S. Main) — "YWCA Centennial HerStory" featuring 100 black and white photographs from the Utah State Historical Society commemorating the organization's 100 year anniversary, through April 16.

Patrick Moore Gallery* (511 W. 200 South, 521-5999) — "Shawn Rossiter: Choice & Chance," featuring artwork by Rossiter, through March 15. Also "Vive la France," featuring impressionist photographs of France by Don O. Thorpe through March 11.

Phillips Gallery* (444 E. 200 South, 364-8284) — New work by Tom Howard and Lindey Carter through March 10.

Red Butte Garden (300 S. Wakara Way, 581-4747) — "Recycled Art," featuring art made by recycled and reused material, through today.

Rio Gallery* (300 S. 455 West, 533-3582) — "Chimera: Fur Feathers, Skin Scales," featuring art by Leia Bell, Trent Call, Dana Costello, Tessa Lindsay, Jenni Lord, Toby Putnam, David Ruhlman and Sri Whipple, through March 11.
