Think back to last year and your resolutions — to lose weight and exercise more. You didn't have a plan. Instead of resolutions let's take baby steps to accomplish the same thing. At the same time we have to realize that our perfectionism is going to make us want to throw the baby out with the bath water. Do not allow yourself to do this ever again.

I want you to FLY! (Finally Love Yourself!) You can do this if you will not set yourself up to fail! Baby steps will help you to get rid of that clutter that is in your head. Leanne Ely and I have a new book, "Body Clutter," and we help you to take baby steps to make small changes in your attitudes toward food and movement. It is not a diet book but a book about loving yourself. You can find it on our Web site: www.FlyLady.net.

Start this new year off with baby steps! You will be FLYing when you do!
