Family-history enthusiasts from across the country will gather in St. George in February for the Genealogy & Family Heritage Jamboree.

DNA workshops, Internet research, land records, maps, naturalization and migration trails are among topics of the second annual event, scheduled for Feb. 10-11.

Online genealogy columnist Pat (Player) Isaacs Richley of www.DearMYRTLE.com will deliver the keynote address. Also scheduled to speak is Dick Eastman, producer of Eastman's Online Genealogy Newsletter (www.eogn.com/).

"What makes this conference so great is that there is something valuable for everyone at a fraction of the cost of a national conference," volunteer Janie Anderson said. "This year we have more than 120 classes, so we can reach beginners through very advanced researchers."The conference is sponsored by the Morgan-based research firm MyAncestorsFound.com and the Washington PAF Users Group.

Tickets are available online at www.myancestorsfound.

com. The cost is $35 for tickets purchased by Dec. 31. After that date the price is $45, or $50 at the door.
