PROVO — The Utah County Association of Realtors released an official statement Friday endorsing Mayor Lewis K. Billings in his bid for re-election.

"We believe that Mayor Lewis Billings is the appropriate candidate to lead Provo for the next four years," executive vice president Kevin Call said.

The association has more than 1,600 members, including real estate sales agents, brokers and appraisers. It promotes and tries to protect private property rights.
