Eleven temples are currently operating in Utah. Three others are now planned in the state:

• A new temple is to be built in the Daybreak area of South Jordan, the church announced Saturday.

• A second is planned for an as-yet undisclosed site on the west side.

• The church announced another site in the Corner Canyon area of Draper last year; construction has yet to begin.

Six other temples are currently in progress in the United States and around the world: in Rexburg and Twin Falls, Idaho; Sacramento, Calif.; Helsinki, Finland; Panama City, Panama; Curitiba, Brazil.
