Go green for UVSC's Homecoming 2005

OREM — Ask Kermit the Frog or Elphaba the Wicked Witch of the West — being green ain't that bad. Utah Valley State College students will be asked to "Go Green" next week as they prepare for UVSC's Homecoming 2005.

Festivities are scheduled Feb. 22-26 with a variety of activities throughout each day and night culminating with the homecoming basketball game against Northern Colorado Saturday, Feb. 26, at 7 p.m. in the McKay Events Center. Activities include the following:

•Tuesday, Feb. 22— parade, Battle of the Sexes, Kids' night, UVSC Apprentice

•Wednesday, Feb. 23 — Miss UVSC, Texas HoldEm' Tournament, Karaoke

•Thursday, Feb. 24 — Alumni Award luncheon, Extreme Dodgeball, Homecoming Concert

•Friday, Feb. 25 — Cram It, Jam It, LDSSA noon devotional, Homecoming Ball

• Saturday, Feb. 26 — Reunions, tail gate party, Basketball
