Tuition tax credit proposal:

Allows a tax credit up to $3,750 for a child to attend private school.

Determines the tax credit amount based on family income.

Gives $1.5 million in general (not school) funds to bail out public schools financially hurt by the credits.

Extends the credit to students already in private schools.
