• Elimination of car allowances, to be replaced by mileage reimbursement.

• Registration of lobbyists to the county.

• Campaign contribution limits of $5,000 per donor for countywide races and $2,000 for district council races, per election cycle.

• Ethics training for county employees and officers every two years.

• New employees and officers required to read an ethics statement saying they will follow laws and constitution, and act ethically.

• All branches of government encouraged to keep meetings and records open, even when not required by law.
