NOV. 19

BEING JULIA — Annette Bening stars as the title character in this period drama, based on a W. Somerset Maugham novella.

NATIONAL TREASURE — Action-adventure movie starring Nicolas Cage as a treasure hunter trying to protect a map on the back of the Declaration of Independence.

SIDEWAYS — Paul Giamatti and Thomas Haden Church star as squabbling friends on a male-bonding trip in this comedy from the makers of "About Schmidt."

THE SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS MOVIE — The super-absorbent cartoon hero must save the underwater world in this comic adventure.

NOV. 24

ALEXANDER — Oliver Stone's all-star epic about Alexander the Great stars Colin Farrell as the legendary conqueror.

CHRISTMAS WITH THE KRANKS — Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis are a couple who swear off the holidays in this slapstick comedy.

FINDING NEVERLAND — Johnny Depp plays "Peter Pan" creator J.M. Barrie is this dramatic film. Kate Winslet co-stars.

THE WORK AND THE GLORY— This epic period romance is based on the first of the best-selling series of novels about early Mormon history.

NOV. 26

ENDURING LOVE — Based on the best-selling novel, this drama follows a couple after they witness a horrific ballooning accident.

LA DOLCE VITA — Re-release of the classic 1960 Federico Fellini film, with Marcello Mastroianni as a playboy journalist. Italian with subtitles.

THE YES MEN — Feature-length documentary about two anti-corporate activists who impersonate members of the World Trade Organization.

DEC. 3

CLOSER — Jude Law, Clive Owen, Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman star in Mike Nichols' adaptation of Patrick Marber's vitriolic stage play.

I AM DAVID — Based on the best-seller "North to Freedom," this drama follows a pre-teen on an adventure through Europe.
