Other national parks on the list as potentially impacted by the change are: Badlands (S.D.); Bandelier National Monument (N.M.); Blue Ridge Parkway (N.C., Va.); Carlsbad Caverns (N.M.); Chiricahua National Monument (Ariz.); Guadalupe Mountains (Texas); Sequoia and Kings Canyon (Calif.); Lassen Volcanic (Calif.); Lava Beds National Monument (Calif.); Mount Rainier (Wash.); North Cascade (Wash.); Olympic (Wash.); Oregon Caves; and Theodore Roosevelt (N.D.).
