Springdale: July 3, 7 a.m. pancake breakfast at Springdale Elementary; 8 a.m. flag ceremony; 9 a.m. parade; 5:30 p.m. barbecue at park; 6 p.m. children's softball; 7 p.m. adult softball; 8:30 p.m. skydiver; 8:45 p.m. The Magic of Tyler Worthington at Town Park; 10 p.m. fireworks, followed by entertainment to 1 a.m.

St. George: July 3, 7:30 a.m. breakfast at Vernon Worthen Park; 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. fun and games extravaganza; 10 p.m. fireworks.

Wayne County

Torrey: July 2, 5 p.m. pie-baking contest, bike decoration at the park; 5:30 p.m. pie judging and silent auction; 6:30 p.m. fireman pulls; July 3, 7 a.m. Boy Scout breakfast at the park; 8 a.m.-2 p.m. flea and craft market, 9-5 p.m. arts festival at the "Big Apple" on Main Street; 10 a.m. parade followed by various entertainment and events; 5 p.m. barbecue beef dinner followed by the Big Apple Dance on Main Street.
