Enoch: July 5 at Old Enoch City Park, 5K and 10K run in the morning, 5K family walk at 6 p.m.; 7 p.m. hot dog feed, entertainment; dusk, fireworks.

Juab County

Nephi: July 3, 7 a.m. breakfast and fun run; 8:30 a.m. flag-raising ceremony; 10 a.m. carnival, volleyball tournament, basketball, quilt auction; 5:30 p.m. dinner; 6:30 p.m. auction, 10 p.m. fireworks at the football field.

Millard County

Delta: July 2, 5:30 p.m. children's parade; 6 p.m. Doubles Tennis Tourney; July 3, 6 a.m. Sunrise Salute; 7 a.m. breakfast in the park; 9:15 a.m. Main Parade on Main Street; 11 a.m. patriotic program, games, food booths at City Park; noon 3-on-3 basketball at Delta Middle School; 2 p.m. free swimming at West Millard swimming pool; 6 p.m. demolition derby at the fairgrounds; 10 p.m. fireworks.

Salt Lake County

Brighton: July 3, 7:30-11 a.m. breakfast at Brighton LDS Church.

East Millcreek: July 3, 7 -11 a.m. chuckwagon breakfast at the Evergreen Park Bowery, adults $5, under 12, $3; 7:30 a.m. 5k Fun Run, 9 a.m. parade starts at 2700 E. Evergreen Ave.; 9:30 a.m., midway opens with fun and games; 10 a.m. flag ceremony, entertainment and prize drawing.

Holladay: July 3, 9:30 p.m. fireworks at Holladay Elementary.

Murray: July 3, 6:30 a.m. breakfast at Murray Park pavilion #5; 7 a.m. sunrise service in the Murray Park amphitheater; 8 a.m. parade, 10:45 - 4 p.m. games, entertainment, history booths; 8-10 p.m. evening entertainment featuring Knights of Freedom; 10 p.m. fireworks.

Riverton: July 2, 6:30 p.m. parade at 1830 W. 134 S.; July 3, 6:30 a.m. flag ceremony; 7 a.m. chuckwagon breakfast; 7 a.m. 10K Fun Run; 7:30 a.m. bike ride; 9 a.m. free swim; all day carnival and entertainment; 10 p.m. fireworks.

Salt Lake City: July 3, all day Old-fashioned Fourth celebration at Jordan Park (1060 S. 900 West) followed by fireworks; July 4, 7 p.m. Stingers vs. Tacoma Rainiers followed by fireworks at Franklin Covey Field.

There will be fireworks all over the state for children (and adults) to watch this weekend, as well as traditional neighborhood fun.
