These are production numbers of commodities produced by LDS Church farms and production facilities to supply bishops' storehouses and humanitarian donations. Also listed are job-training and social service facilities.

COMMODITIES PRODUCED

Wheat and dry beans: 88 million pounds
Vegetable crops: 34 million pounds
Fruit: 5 million pounds
Cattle: 4,100 head
Turkeys: 1.3 million pounds
Raw milk: 81 million pounds
