Developer offers South Salt Lake space for theater
Developer Steve Aste is offering the academy some warehouse space at a reduced lease rate. The warehouse is scheduled to be torn down in about two years for a new development, but Aste says he's willing to build a permanent theater nearby if the academy shows it will have enough money to pay for a long-term lease.
