Utah Jazz: Updates on injury situations for tonight's game
But only a bit.
Backup center Jarron Collins (tendinitis, right elbow) and reserve guard Brevin Knight (sprained left thumb) both will sit out tonight's preseason game here against the Denver Nuggets.
And backup power forward Paul Millsap (corneal abrasion), injured in practice Tuesday, is probable.
But forward Andrei Kirilenko (sprained right index finger), reserve guard Ronnie Price (bruised lower right leg) and free agent guard Gerry McNamara (stomach flu) all will be game-time decisions.
Veteran forward Matt Harpring (ankle rehab) did not make the trip, as expected.
Carmelo Anthony (calves, finger) reportedly plans to make his preseason debut for Denver, but according to the Denver Post "Nuggets All-Star Allen Iverson said he doubts he will play (tonight) because of a sore knee" and Denver also be without Chris "Birdman" Andersen (calf), Steven Hunter (knee), Sonny Weems (groin) and Chucky Atkins (knee).
