Then Williams got sent off in stoppage time after a tackle on Revs defender Jay Heaps earned him a dubious yellow card. Williams jawed with Heaps after the play. Heaps gave him a little shove to his back and Williams responded with a two-handed shove to Heaps' chest right in front of referee Baldemero Toledo.
"(The referee) got it absolutely wrong and he's now taken the opportunity from Andy Williams to play the first game in a stadium that he helped to build," Kreis said. "It's a sad state of affairs."
Even with the disappointment of Williams' red card, Kreis said his team's improved road form bolsters the team at a time when every point is crucial.
"That's two road games at the most critical stretch of the season and our guys came away with four points," Kreis said. "We have to feel very positive about that."
