SCHEDULE (best-of-five series)

Thursday: Chicago at Tampa Bay, 12:30 p.m.

Friday: Chicago at Tampa Bay, 4:07 p.m.

Sunday: Tampa Bay at Chicago, TBA

Monday: Tampa Bay at Chicago, if necessary

Wednesday: Chicago at Tampa Bay, TBA, if necessary

OFFENSE

Tampa knows how to manufacture runs much better than Chicago. With Chicago it's all or nothing. So I give the edge to Tampa.

DEFENSE

Tampa has one of the best defensive teams in the game.

PITCHING

Tampa overall, because of everything about them, the depth in the rotation, the bullpen. Chicago's bullpen has been bad. It's like anybody's bullpen is better than Chicago's. They're sort of wiped out.

BOTTOM LINE

The baseball Gods have been looking out for Tampa all year and it's going to continue. It's amazing (what has happened with) that team. Watch them go to the World Series. It would be shocking but I would be shaking my head the whole game.
